FULL CLININC REFURBISHMENT

The clinic required a complete refurbishment, including replacement of the damaged floor after an underground gully overflow caused water ingress and rot. The project also involved upgrading key building services while keeping the space suitable for long-term commercial use.

THE WORK
We carried out a full refurbishment including new air-conditioning units, underground plumbing, boiler and heating works, complete floor replacement, decorating, and installation of a new toilet. We also addressed the drainage issue and installed an alarm system to give early warning of any future blockage or overflow.
THE RESULT
The clinic was fully refurbished with renewed building services, a new floor, upgraded facilities and improved protection against future drainage problems, leaving the space clean, functional and ready for use.
AFTER
From water-damaged flooring to a fully refurbished clinic, the project was completed with upgraded services, renewed finishes and added protection against future drainage issues.
